Peppermint.com is dedicated to supporting parents in joyful, in-arms parenting. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help, whether with choosing a baby sling to meet your needs or helping you over the phone with using the baby sling.

Note: Some of our slings are one-of-a-kind. On rare occasions, the fabric that you choose from the website will no longer be available at the time of order. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible after your order is placed, and ask for a second choice. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping


Please be advised: Due to the 4th of July Holiday we will not be shipping or receiving packages. Thank you!
We know how hard it is to shop online when you can't see, feel, or try the products. Can't decide between three carriers? Try all three and send back the ones that don't work out for you!

Most US orders will ship UPS Ground (generally 3-5 days delivery time), unless you choose a faster method. In that case, the shipping charge will vary, and will be calculated at checkout. Please remember that the shipping time starts when the package leaves our warehouse, not when you place your order. For example, an order placed Friday with 2nd Day Air shipping will not arrive on Monday, but most likely on Wednesday.

Please Note UPS does not consider Saturday and Sunday business days and will not deliver on these days.

Orders for PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and APO addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is not always available for such packages.

Orders are usually shipped the next business day after the order is placed. Occasionally, they may take one or two extra days to leave our warehouse. If you are trying to get your order by a certain date, please let us know in the comments section of the shopping cart. We will do our best to help you. However, we cannot guarantee an arrival date for your package. Please order as early as possible.

You will receive an email with your ship date and a tracking number, if available. You can also check the status of your order through the Order Status page.

Orders

Orders can be placed either online or by phone, with payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or check/money order. When orders are paid for by check/money order, items will be shipped when the check/money order clears.

International Orders

We welcome international orders.

UPS is our preferred shipping vendor, please contact us for a shipping quote. We can ship via UPS Expidated or Express - which will arrive in just a few days.

We can also ship via the US Postal service, if you prefer, please contact us for a shipping quote.

International orders generally arrive in 1-2 weeks, but may take up to 4 weeks. If you have not received your order in 4 weeks, please contact us.

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we strive to ease the pain of online shopping! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back and we will exchange or return it. No hassles!

Exchanges: Please send exchanges to the address below, with a note that includes the name, size, and fabric choice of the sling for which you would like to exchange yours. We will either credit or charge your account for the difference in sling prices. We ship the exchanged item back to you for free!* (*One free exchange per order. Free exchange shipping pertains to the US and US territories. International exchanges will be shipped for 1/2 of the actual cost of postage.)

Returns: Please send returns to the address below, within 30 days of the original ship date. We will refund the price of the sling. The original shipping charge is not refundable.

-Items purchased with gift certificates will be issued store credit only.
-Items purchased as gifts will either be refunded to the gift giver, or as a store credit to the gift recipient.
-Items purchased through the gift registry will be issued a store credit only.

Please note: Returns and exchanges must be in like-new condition to receive a full refund of the carrier price, including all of the original packaging and literature/videos/DVDs. If the carrier is dirty, washed, or incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee from the refund.

Gifts

If you are buying the sling as a gift, and would like to have it shipped directly to the recipient, please include a personalized note in the gift message field upon checkout. This way the gift will arrive *without* prices and with your note on the packing slip.
